Last week, the Global Tobacco & Nicotine Forum (GTNF) took place in London.
The annual event provides a platform for debate and the exchange of ideas around tobacco, Next Generation Products (NGPs) and nicotine among public health experts, industry representatives and other key stakeholders.
This year, Imperial Brands CEO Stefan Bomhard presented a keynote in which he underlined the role Imperial Brands can play in the future of NGPs in order to make a meaningful contribution to tobacco harm reduction (THR).
Among Stefan’s observations were that the industry needed to ‘step up’ and better respond to the consumer preferences and demands, otherwise adult smokers may not transition to NGPs.
